Key members of the CiT Team are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of Picture Library Management, and more specifically are experienced in running an outsourced corporate facility.

A highly experienced manager will be appointed to establish a series of office procedures covering all aspects of regular workflow for your individual collection. They will also oversee the day-to-day running of the library and will be directly responsible for managing the work of a dedicated Librarian, recruited to work with collection. The Librarian role may include activities such as;

1. Liaise with client.
2. editing images
3. arranging shoot schedules
4. managing wants list
5. Image cataloguing, watermarking & upload
6. Respond to telephone and email queries
7. Take requests and process orders through the system
8. Co-ordination of the scanning programme
9. Filing hardcopies
10. Production of any standard reports required
11. promotion of the collection

CiT will use it’s highly experienced staff and consultants to create a series of office procedures, ensuring the smooth running of the library on a day-to day basis. And further in consultation with the client, will define a set of Key performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor and continually improve the service provided to all client groups.

The results of the KPI’s will be reviewed during a regular progress meetings attended by representatives from both the Client and CiT.

Technical members of the CiT Team will utilise the company’s existing channels to provide a high level of technical support, with web hosting, website design and comprehensive back-office systems.
