Using leading edge equipment and software our imaging technicians are able to produce top quality scans at reasonable prices with fast turnaround times.

We can accept transparency and negative film from 35mm-5x4, and prints and artwork up to A2 size. The resulting digital files are suitable for output to film or print and can be supplied by post or courier on CD/DVD, or sent electronically via email or FTP depending on the final image size.

Images are retouched using Adobe Photoshop® CS2 on a state-of-the-art 24 inch colour calibrated monitor.

Clients can specify the following parameters for their output image e.g.

Colour profile - CMYK/RGB

File type - JPEG/GIFF/TIFF

Bit Depth - 8/16 bits/channel

Resolution - 72 dpi - web/150 dpi – news print/300 dpi – glossy print

Normal turnaround time is 3 days from receipt to despatch although rush images will be accommodated if possible for an additional fee of £13.50.

An additional charge for CD: £2.50 DVD £4.50 will be added as required, upload to FTP/email is free of charge.

All images are cleaned of moderate dust and scratches as standard with additional retouching charged at £40 per hour (£10 per 15mins) on agreed images.

Image manipulation and digital artwork can be undertaken at a cost of £48 per hour, quotes available on individual job specifications.
